Not only is she fast and efficient, most importantly she makes decisions based on her own initiative, pre-empting secondary steps required when a request cannot be fulfilled. She has worked on countless, highly complex requests most notably in Q1 a £550K campaign for Pladis which ran on multiple formats, across several in charges with varying geographic planning requirements for each. She is always accommodating, when possible, copes under high pressure and willingly puts in the extra hours if required.
